Imposter syndrome doesn’t disappear with success—in many cases, it intensifies. And according to TEMPO’s Voices of Women at Work: The Milwaukee Experience research, the workplace conditions many women navigate—limited sponsorship, unclear advancement paths and bias—can amplify that self-doubt.

When recognition is uneven and pathways to leadership are unclear, even the most capable leaders can question their readiness, second-guess their voice, or attribute success to anything but their own ability.

At a time when nearly half of respondents have considered leaving their organization due to lack of advancement opportunities -- addressing the internal barriers to confidence and leadership presence is more important than ever.

This session marks the first Professional Development offering of the new fiscal year and sets the tone for a year of targeted, relevant, and impactful learning.
