Event Details: Join TEMPO’s Women’s Affinity Alliance and EY for an engaging discussion to accelerate a new narrative of the future of women. Through an interactive session, hear from executives who are disrupting the norm and paving a new way for all.
This unique session will focus on how we all can foster inclusion through intentionality and authenticity. Hear from speakers Molly Cook (EY), Amy Junker (Baird), and Michelle Nettles (ManpowerGroup) on this important topic. 

What is EY POWER Up?

The EY POWER Up leadership development methodology is a means to springboard professionals into deep conversations with one another to determine ways to enhance their performance. This session is open to all.

Throughout the session, we will focus on the following five key areas:

1. Project confidence authentically – exhibit a firm belief in your abilities

2. Own your career – mindfully take control of your career

3. Widen your network – identify and engage mentors, coaches and sponsors

4. Elevate your communication – communicate with clarity, self-assurance and intent

5. Realize your purpose – know who you are and what you stand for

Meet Our Speakers:

Molly Cook is the lead global facilitator and program lead for EY’s leadership program called POWER Up focused on empowering women. With more than 15 years of experience in workshop facilitation, leadership development and people engagement, Molly Cook specializes in thoughtfully engaging a diverse group of people through an engaging and energetic facilitation style. She has robust experience in design and delivery of custom leadership programs for multiple global clients with experience in facilitating in Europe and Latin America. Molly works extensively with EY’s largest global clients on a variety of leadership development topics to customize our solutions to address their needs on topics such as employee engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion, organization design, culture and teaming, resilience and high-performance communication. Outside of EY, Molly is a co-chair of the Big Shoulders Fund Chairman's Advisory Council in Chicago, an organization that provides academic support to under-served students providing them access to quality, values-based education. Molly resides in Chicago with her four children: Aggie (12), Adelynne (10), Arthur (8) and Malachy (5). In her free time, she enjoys running and coaching her kids’ sports teams.

Amy Junker is Baird’s Chief Risk Officer. In this role, Amy is responsible for the oversight of Baird’s financial liquidity, institutional and retail capital markets trading and underwriting risk management, information security, business continuity, third party risk, internal audit, and insurance activities. Amy joined Baird in 2003 and spent 15 years in several roles within Institutional Equities and Research including Senior Analyst covering Education Services, Associate Director of Research, and Head of Global Corporate Access before transitioning to Risk Management. Amy spent four years as Director of Information Security and had oversight of Baird’s Global Information Security Program before being promoted to Director of Risk Management in 2022 and to Chief Risk Officer in 2026. Prior to Baird, Amy was a research associate at William Blair & Company, a junior analyst at Lehman Brothers, and an associate instructor of mathematics at Indiana University. In addition to her professional responsibilities, Amy is actively engaged in the community. She serves as Secretary of the Board of Milwaukee College Prep and is a member of the Investment Committee of Marquette University High School.

Michelle Nettles joined ManpowerGroup as Global Chief People and Culture Officer in July 2019 and was named Chief People and Legal Officer in February 2025. She serves as a member of the Milwaukee-based company’s Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for all matters pertaining to human resources and legal affairs across 75 countries and territories. She has a People First approach, positioning talent strategy as a critical enabler in helping the business deliver its vision while unlocking people’s potential. Michelle is an active member of the World Economic Forum’s CHRO community and is passionate about issues impacting the future workforce, particularly secondary and adult education. Prior to ManpowerGroup, Michelle served as Chief People and Diversity Officer at Molson Coors Brewing Company, where she spent 20 years in various leadership positions across all aspects of human resources including executive compensation, talent management, diversity and inclusion, and succession planning. She also served in several roles as Assistant General Counsel, including leading the company’s labor and employment practice.
