Since 1975, TEMPO Milwaukee has been bringing accomplished women leaders together to build relationships, share expertise, and create meaningful impact. What began as a group of Milwaukee women working to create greater opportunities for women in leadership has grown into a community of more than 800 executive and Emerging Women Leaders.

Today, TEMPO continues to build on that legacy by connecting women leaders across industries and creating opportunities to learn, grow, and lead.

10+ years professional experience. 5+ years of C-suite, senior/executive-level experience.

Executive Leadership

A top executive or engages/has direct working involvement with top executives.

Community Involvement

Participates in professional and/or civic organizations.

Following the nomination, a member of the Membership Committee will connect with you to learn more about your professional experience, leadership influence, and potential contributions to the TEMPO community. The nomination is then reviewed by the full Membership Committee.

New members are selected quarterly.
