In 1975, a group of enterprising Milwaukee women came together with a bold vision: to create a community where women could have an equal voice in leadership, policy, and decision-making. What began as the TEMPO Business and Professional Women's Club of Milwaukee has grown and evolved over five decades, while remaining rooted in that founding belief.

Today, TEMPO is a growing network of women leaders united by a shared commitment to connection, leadership, and impact. Through networking, programming, mentorship, advocacy, and the TEMPO Foundation, we create opportunities for women to strengthen their leadership, build meaningful relationships, and make an impact in their organizations and communities.

TEMPO is growing beyond Milwaukee, expanding our network to connect women leaders in new communities while strengthening the relationships and perspectives that make our collective impact even greater.
